Saati HI-DRO mesh for textile printing

We present you the new mesh from Saati HI-DRO.

The HI-DRO mesh is specially woven to allow for greater ink permeability at higher line widths.

Example: The HI-DRO 78-40 mesh allows for the same ink application as the classic 62-64 mesh.

Advantages of use:

  • better print resolution with larger ink applications
  • the mesh is plasma-treated so that there is no need to use degreasing agents before applying the emulsion
  • excellent abrasion resistance
  • excellent antistatic properties
  • less shrinkage of water-based inks on the screen
